No. We start with your work and your current level of experience. Malcolm explains each step, works through it with you, and gives you room to ask questions as you practice.
Owners and senior operators of service businesses, typically with 5 to 50 people, who spend too much time on admin, follow-up, documentation, or finding information. The program works with one person who can bring real tasks and practice between sessions.
A repeatable way to complete a task with AI, such as turning your meeting notes into a follow-up draft. You get written steps and a checklist for reviewing the result. You run it yourself and stay responsible for the final work.
One 90-minute working session, then six weekly 45-minute sessions. That is seven main sessions, followed by a separate 45-minute review 30 days after the Accelerator ends. The six-week continuation starts after the initial session. Practice uses tasks already on your desk.
Yes. The $750 session is a complete first purchase. Bring one agreed task and leave with a tested way to do it, written steps, and a checking guide. Continue within 14 days and that payment counts toward the Accelerator. There is no obligation to continue.
Yes. Bring one business owner from a different company at no cost. They bring their own recurring task, and Malcolm confirms they're a fit before the session. The session stays 90 minutes. You each leave with a working workflow, and you each get the $750 Accelerator credit for 14 days. If they can't make it, your session goes ahead as booked.
Pay $5,000 upfront or two payments of $2,750, totaling $5,500. After a qualifying first session, the upfront balance is $4,250. On the payment plan, pay $2,000 to start the continuation, then $2,750 30 days later. The credit applies once and has no cash value.
We agree on suitable tools and information before practicing. Bring anonymized examples or sample data until your company has approved the tool and its use. We also cover when to check an answer and when a normal process or software change is the better solution.
During the six-week Accelerator, send one work example and one set of questions each week. Malcolm replies within two business days. The standalone session includes one follow-up email exchange within seven days. Paid AI subscriptions are separate; we agree on any needed subscription before you buy it.
This program teaches one person to use AI on their own work. Team training, custom software, integrations, and ongoing system support require a separate scope. Your 90-day plan can identify those needs without committing you to another purchase.
