Services and scope

Lumintel LLC, a South Dakota company, provides AI training, consulting, automation and software services to US customers. A written engagement agreement sets the scope, deliverables and terms of a specific project. A separate agreement may supplement these website terms.

Provide accurate contact information and use the website without disrupting it or trying to access another client's materials. Only share work you have authority to provide.

Your private working session

$750 USD buys one 90-minute AI working session with Malcolm. Applicable tax is shown before payment when checkout is available. One follow-up email exchange within seven days is included. This session teaches you to use an existing AI tool. Custom software, team training and ongoing system support need a separate scope.

For online bookings, successful payment is required before a paid reservation can be confirmed. A checkout hold is temporary. If payment succeeds but the invitation is pending, contact mmacdonald@lumintel.ai rather than paying again. Online booking may be unavailable while setup is completed; you can arrange a time by email.

Rescheduling and refunds

You may request free rescheduling or a full refund with at least 24 hours' notice before the paid session. Send your request to mmacdonald@lumintel.ai. Malcolm reviews later requests individually. Requests and refunds are handled by Malcolm rather than a self-service cancellation page.

A free introductory conversation lasts 15 minutes and does not require payment. Please contact Malcolm if you need to change its time.

Guests and Accelerator credit

You may bring one business owner from a different company at no extra cost, subject to Malcolm confirming they are a fit. They bring their own recurring task. The session remains 90 minutes. If the guest cannot attend, your session goes ahead as booked.

The $750 session payment counts toward the AI Fluency Accelerator if you enroll within 14 days. An approved participating guest also receives the advertised $750 Accelerator credit for 14 days. The credit applies once and has no cash value. Malcolm confirms the credit when arranging enrollment.

The Accelerator costs $5,000 upfront or two payments of $2,750, totaling $5,500. After a qualifying $750 credit, the upfront balance is $4,250. On the payment plan, the first balance is $2,000, followed by $2,750 thirty days later. Confirm program scope and its cancellation and refund terms in your enrollment agreement before paying.

Meeting choices and confidential work

Recording, transcription, and AI notes are optional. Refusing them does not prevent attendance. Each participant makes their own choice.

Use sample or anonymized work when possible. Tell Malcolm about confidentiality restrictions before sharing client or employee information. Agree on suitable tools and information before practicing. A purchaser cannot give recording permission for another participant.

AI output and other costs

AI output can contain errors. Review it before using it in your business, and keep responsibility for your final work. Homepage sample examples do not promise a particular saving or result.

Paid AI subscriptions are separate from the session or program price. Malcolm agrees on any needed subscription before you buy it. Custom project deliverable rights and any further confidentiality obligations belong in the applicable engagement agreement.

Changes and questions

The terms accepted with a booking are saved with that booking. A later website revision does not replace that acceptance record. We date revisions on this page. Contact mmacdonald@lumintel.ai with service, payment or terms questions.
